If used properly and not abused, you shouldn't have gyno problems.

from my experience ostarine and lgd will shut you down and cause puffy nipps.
it would be smart to take .5 adex ed or 12.5 aromasin e3d. its better safe then sorry

it is VERY VERY RARE to experience gyno or any estrogen from sarms... mk and lgd are the ONLY ones that can POSSIBLY cause this but those are in EXTREMELY RARE CIRCUMSTANCES...

I have never had gyno problems on SARM's but I am not gyno prone.. those of you who are extremely gyno prone as Dylan said could potentially have some slight issues but its unusual. just like how some guys run 2g's of test and never have gyno but someone else runs 100mg and has it the next day. everyone is different

Got my goodies coming from sarms1 and I am stoked!! Let me tell you I sure hope it's suppressive and potent for me! Estrogen sides no prob that's why I got ag guys etc etc Lol... brothas all kidding aside there's some solid advice here from Dylan and Steve. I hope we can recognize the wisdom in our veterans and utilize the knolwege. Face it this is a serious sport, lifestyle, and commitment which is honestly not for everyone. Take their advice, put it to the test and be ready for anything....but in this case gains gains and more gains lol

I have run all of the SARMS out there, and even LGD did not give me any issues with gyno. Always smart to have an AI on hand no matter what, but I never had any problems with gyno from SARMS. I'm not very prone to gyno though so better safe than sorry.

The whole point of sarms is that it is NON SELECTIVE, therefore it should not have the negative side effects of steroids. But they do. Maybe a little less than other AAS but they also have other potential side effects.

Still, some guys love the advantages. It's a personal choice.

Ostarine and LGD give me sensitivity so using a light ai or having aromasin on hand is a good idea. I wouldn't even run a non aromatizing steroid without an a.i. near by. It's just the smart thing to do

Ostarine and LGD can cause some minor estrogenic activity for those that are sensitive. Its easily controlled with a light dose of AI
