Do people still name their kids Dick or Gaylord?

In todays society those are names that have to be close to extinction. Who in their right mind would bestow such a name on a kid, knowing the euphimisms and eternal torture they bring on a kid today.

I know what you mean. We have a client named Dick Samples. It's so hard not to chuckle everytime he calls our office.
