Like i said i am just replenishing my stores; just so you know when i eat to gain, i eat about 5000 cals, give or take, alot of it in the form of efa's and high quality animal protein, and complex carbs. Also i have an ectomorph metabolism, so i really dont need to worry too much. Have you ever known of someone who has NEVER lost sight of their abs despite the total caloric intake? well you just did. i eat very clean however.



dnp run. started around 10-12% overall
ended- hard to tell i still have to drop water.

800 - This was my breaking point; i was over heating bigtime, luckily i was prepared. I even vomited. it was rough, it lasted about 8 hours. Next morning it felt like i was dying er something.....i needed to eat; hence today. ( btw i do not recommend going this high on DNP it was foolish of me and actually a dosing error. be careful)

btw dnp tends to work really fast when the bf% is 14+ but when you are already reasonably low, the dosage must go up as well. Why would i just go the conventional diet route? because with dnp there is no rebound; infact there is an anabolic one. I wanted to experience this.

i havent eaten too much in the last two meals. the insulin spike put me to sleep for a good part of the day; i just finished a tub of cottage cheese dipping with plain bagels and veggies. No big deal~ tomorrow i will space out my meals better. approx. 800 cals total per meal. x6-7

well for my last feast i think ill just stick with good old chicken and potatoes.

damn that was a tough two days, lol:D

today is back to normal eating.....

waiting for water to drop as i carb up; strength was waaay down today in the gym, i lost about 20lbs on all lifts..i guess im still heavily depleted. I still have about 12% dnp left in my system. hopefully the anabolic rebound will kick in soon. today was definately a motivation killer. next workout hell will break loose:D

well time to cook some oats......
