right on. ill some save some cash and drop the bol. i got one last question: ive been bulking since day 1. this is my first cut. i take in ~3500 clean cals, always have. im hoping that this cycle will be enough to help me drop from 12% to ~6%. If possible, id like to put on a little but of muscle though. ive got my diet in check, ill be lo carbing 2 days, hi carbing 1. windsprints 2x week. maintenance cals=3000. so to accomplish my goal, should i eat maintenance (3000) or drop to 2500 on cycle? Just a little sketched about dropping cals by 1000 all of a sudden.
