do I need low dose nolva with tren

I have been doing some research and some bro's say yes a low dose like 10mg/daily of nolva is good with a tren cycle while others seem to use it only when gyno symptoms seem to pop up. My question is for the following cycle should I throw in nolva at 10mg/daily or not, thanks in advance?

test-e: 250mg/week (week1-14)
proviron: 50mg/daily (week1-14)
equi: 400mg/week (week1-14)
tren: 50mg/eod (week1-6)
winny: 50mg/ed (week8-13)


pct: clomid/nolva

i wouldnt use nolva with tren at all (or any nandrolones for that matter). also drop it from pct and get some hcg to run during the cycle. nolva can exacerbate progesterone sides. if u run the winny along with the tren it will help some with prolactin and act as a weak anti-e.

that depends about the proviron. i am assuming u r running some kind of test with the deca? u may not need to run both an AI and proviron at the same time. THOUGH STILL HAVE ONE ON HAND!!!

I'm not running anything at the moment, just trying to get an idea of what to run lol. I wouldnt be runnning any test with the decca, say just dbol with it.

I wanted to use proviron, as it keeps down excess bloat and lowers e levels, well binds recpetors?? or have i got that one wrong man?

has a similar effect that winny does with respect to being a mild anti-e and shbg (think free test). i would personally save the proviron until u find test is less and less effective at the same dose. but that is just me.

so if say i was to run dbol and decca and proviron (just my choice) what AI would you recommend to have on hand, for example letrozole is 100% useless again progestrogen induced gyno

IMO 8and20 it was on purpose! i didnt realise yu had to run test with proviron, i just thought you could run it with any steroids as it reduces the 'estrongenic' side effects and water retention??

Also would runnin nolva with decca be just pointless or actually give negative effects?

No need for nolva during any cycle, that's what AI's are for. Save nolva for PCT (if you're so inclined to use it - I wouldn't)

I wouldn't risk running Nolva with either deca or tren... or running nolva for PCT after a cycle with deca or tren. Use Clomid if you have to, or better yet, Sustain + etc.

Proviron works GREAT with test, but yes you could use it even in the absence of test. Proviron works synergistically with test (has to do with the androgen-receptor sites). Plus it binds strongly to SHBG (which is nasty stuff).

Proviron works great in a deca & test cycle, especially in helping with "deca-dick"

Proviron works nicely in tren & test cycles but BE CAREFUL, androgen sides can be hefty...tren is one of the most potent androgens out there...add proviron and you could be dealing with prostate issues, hair shedding and acne.

So to recap, no nolva with the tren and have adex or letro on hand and use only if required, right?

Do not take nolva with Tren or deca. If you get sides from tren or deca and take nolva it will make it worse. You need to use adex instead of nolva. I take 1mg day of adex if I want to get dry but do not use it unless I need it otherwise.

Well, I personally would run the proviron, just because I love how it makes you feel and look...great combo with test... BUT that doesn't mean I advocate it for everyone... I suggest try it along with the test and tren and see how your body reacts...if sides get too great, just drop it, simple as that.

Regarding the adex, I personally would also run a very low dosage for most cycles...but that's because from personal experience, the one time I decided to try NOT running an AI, I got screwed with gyno...so never again. No need for letro unless you have gyno. In this case, if you're running proviron, you MAY not need the adex since proviron has some anti-estrogen properties... just listen to your body...is estrogen sides flare up, start the adex immediately.

say u start getting gyno sides (itchy puffy nipples,lumps, etc) and it is due to the progesterone from the tren. further suppose that u were taking nolva throughout your cycle (dont recommend doing this with SERMs period, use an AI) or at the onset of these symptoms u decided to take nolva. the nolva could make the gyno worse by upregulation of progesterone receptors.
