Do i need Ai or serm for this problem?

hi need some help with blood test I got my estradiol was high and test low, never used before, I think it my estradiol has gone high because of the xenoestrogens that I have been exposed to over last 4 years due to occupation which has then lowered my test. Symptoms I have are gyno lumps, low libido, acne, no energy. Also I am only 21 I have listed lab results below

estradiol 160 pmol/L (<150)
testosterone 21 nmol/L (10-33)
free testosterone 42 pmol/L (60-130)
dhea 2400 ng/ml (1000-4000)
LH 8 U/L (3-30)
FSH 7 U/L (3-20)
progesterone 3 nmol/L (< 3)

If I take something to lower just my estrogen will my test start to increase again because I think that it is just my estrogen causing test to drop not my test aromatizing into estrogen ? thanks for the help

Paatrickb,

Have you tried consulting a doctor regarding your issue ? Maybe you should try letrozole ? I heard that letrozole can knock out almost all the estrogen in a persons body and may reverse estrogen related side effects. As to the address the low test maybe give HCG a try...this might kick in your natural test production.

I recommend running some Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. It will bring your estrogen into normal range without crushing it, lower SHBG, increase libido, and increase free testosterone.
