Do i need a TRT doctor if i can get testosterone for free??

OK...blood work....i've been searching and asking for days now trying to figure out what blood tests to do but i can't get an answer. The following is the standard recommended blood test:

Total Testosterone
Bioavailable Testosterone
Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is not available)
DHT
Estradiol
LH
FSH
Prolactin
Cortisol
Thyroid Panel
CBC
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Lipid Profile
IGF-1

What i would like to know is...which of the above is "not necessary" to take to determine the cause of low test? Therefore, what are the "important" tests to do or which blood tests are irrelevant to TRT?

How will you get this blood work done every 3 months without the help of a doctor?

The tests are not to find the cause of low T. They are to see the effects of the therapy on your body. If you don't know that, you would be better off with a doctor.
