Ok... I'm new to the whole supplement thing... so it's very possible I'm about to be laughed at...

right now all I'm taking is a product called E-pol ... I'm not sure if it works or not but the ingredients are:

But in the future, don't use that crap. Use UNLEASHED instead -- safer and more effective and no PC required.
