im a little swoled up right now, im holding a lot of water, so i dont expect too stay that big for much longer, especially when i start "leaning out" for lax.

a good diet and the right supplementation can do a lot, ive been eating everything in sight. about 100 dollars a week on food, its driving me nuts, i used to eat between 60-70 dollars.

no doubt, thx everyone. im finally starting to add some size. it sux that i really wont be able to hold on to most of it, i need to lean out for lax and will probably lose a lil size and strength...

im basically following WSB, my assitance moves are zerchers or front squats, 4x5, or 5x5 for those as a second move. than pull throughs or GHRs for 3x6.

on speed day box squats ( 10x2 @ 50 % ) then power cleans ( 5x3 ), either speed pulls or front/zercher squats ( 3x8 )

thats basically it. But i go at an intensity where it take like 30 seconds to walk up a small flight of steps when im done, not even a story's worth. When im sprinting a lot the fat melts off, but thats about 3 hours a day of sprinting on and off...

heh, u guys are gonna love this, about 2 months, ive been eating a lot, i mean a lot of clean foods. most of my carbs are timed before and after my workouts. I aim for 4500 cals a day.
 
that top pic is my biggest motivation, i really felt like a fat slob at the time, cant believe i took my shirt off in front of girls like that
