Do I have test flu?

I started a test 400 cycle last Friday. Doing 2 shots per week 1cc each. I had a fever when I woke up yesterday morning and felt really weak and sort of dizzy and achy joints/muscles. Also got a pretty bad headache later in the day but Tylenol and excedrin have helped the fever and headache a bit. The fever is not gone yet but the thing that throws me off is that I now have a sore throat. I haven't read anything about test flu including a sore throat. Is this normal or do you think I have a real flu/fever?

remember doing hormones degrades the immune system so that should be taken into consideration,you should be taking a multi Vit or either N2Guard ,those probably would have prevented this.
