Do I Have Gyno?

Im 19 yrs old im 6'5 225 lbs .. i worked out for bout 3 years ..im not fat but i remember having soft puffy nipples when i was little..they went with time as i got older and leaner. I tought bout taking testosterone boosters like tribex. about a week after my cycle my nipples began to get soft and puffy is this gyno? im worrried because they seem to be getting worst ?
what do u guys think caused this ?
