k well, i noticed it mainly when im driving. if some ass pull out in front of me , i try to smash into him. i know when i think about it its wronge but its my first reaction. then all the fights im in lately.. and today on my way to the gym, my mp3 player was acting up on my then it started skipping songs , so i smashed it against a wall .. is this a bit OTT ??

Now that im older it gives me great respect for life.
