Do i have a urinary tract infection?

For the last two days , especially more around two hours before bed till i go to bed. I have a burning sensation in the head of my penis. I need to piss, it seems bad and i only end up pissing for like 3 seconds.
Could it be something else like my xenadrine and levorex or kelp.

I did take some cranberry and alfalfa earlier since i heard it could help. I can't go to the doc, he will charge 300 just to see me and they will make me pay the 100 i owe from the last time i went to the doc for my ears that i didnt pay first. Thats just the way they are.

The burning is only in the head and hurts just slightly when i pee like it doesnt want to come out but then does come out.
