Hypothetically, if you wanted to borrow large money, people would be leery. They would want collateral of some sort, and deep source checks on you...you'd certainly fail their "credit" check cause you proly got no assets cars, land, etc...nothing to back up if you fuk up on pmts. you'd only get a grand, if that, certainly not worth killing someone for...

True, and if they did a background check, they would be like..."Wait... do we really want to try to collect from this guy anyways? He owns dozens of weapons, has a black belt, has a record of assaulting an armed police officer (self defence! He hit me with his gun in the back of the head for no reason)." I don't think I could get even a grand from them. I'm not worth the effort or manpower it would take to "break m knees". They would be stupid to loan it to me to begin with. I didn't think of that.

Bebe, well the thing is, how many of them are going to want to take over a business where everyone keeps dying. Its not like they can just sue you for it. This shit isn't exactally legal. The point is, it seems to me that people get scared of loan sharks when too easy. Fuck, you just shoot him, and the next guy who replaces him. So how do these guys even stay in business? Surely other people come up with this idea. There are ALOT of guys out there who can shoot more than well enough to bump some dipshit off at 500 yards. At least in my part of the world.

obivisouly people have thought of this and other such scams, like robbing or killing drug dealers. Surely these dangerous plans sometimes work... When you are in the bussiness of loaning money, you will not lose big money, even if you are dead...it is your job not to lose money, and you become good at it after decades of doing it...

No my point was, you take the biggest loan possible, then assassinate the entire crew. You failed to see that part. Its not murder, they were giong to harm you. No moral issue there.

Right, which is why your point made me realize they would know better than to loan someone like me a single penny.

Anywho my views on self defense are why I don't have a CHL (which is not difficult to get). The first jackass who threatened to beat my ass (as they always do in clubs, bars etc) I would probably just shoot him rather than waste energy fighting. Legally, its not much differant than hitting him. When I hit someone for any reason otehr than self defense its considered assault with a deadly weapon (2nd degree felony). Realizing this, I don't consider myself a good canidate for such a license. I did take the class, but never filed the paperwork for this reason, after giving it some thought.

Street rules and street smarts, the only dudes that get a large front are the ones that have a lot to lose if they don't pay. Family, good job, nice car, shows a large cash outlay. They are the perfect mark, you can juice them on the Vig and they will pay hand over hand fearing that you will out them as a gambler, plus they are usually white collar guys that have a bad habit. Like Gambino said a young guy like you would'nt get any signigicant amount of money unless you put something up to back it. And you don't assasinate crews cause you never know who backs who, street rules. Or so I've heard.
