Where do you think that political view derive from? Without philosophy there is no political philosophy, since government's purpose, in the US, is to protect individual "rights". Rights are the realm of philosophy.

Nazism/Marxism takes its concepts from Nietzschian and Hegelian philosophical branches, whereas Constitutional Republicanism takes its origins from Aristotelian, Thomist, Natural Law philosophies.
