DNP vs. Liquid Clen

I've been doing some searching on Liquid Clen and it sounds like pretty good stuff so I placed my first order since I'm out of DNP and it seems to be alot tougher to come by latley.

From what I gathered, the dosage of the liquid Clen should be around 50mcg/day.
Is this a good number or should you vary it based on body weight?

Also I wondered if the Clen has any thermal effects like DNP. Any feedback on this?

I also saw that I should be taking Taurine with this. How much should I be taking, and besides tons of water, anything else?

body weight has nothing to do with dosing clen...also DNP and clen are in the same area of burning fat, but what i have read on DNP its alot worse or better (in terms of sides/fat loss) then clen...i have never done DNP but have done many clen cycles...i usually follow this format.
Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.

Only other question is, do you feel like you're burning up like you do with DNP?

Like i said DNP (what i have read) is a monster compared to clen...and no you dont feel the same kind of heat from clen as reported from DNP...you will feel the shakes and it will raise your body temp...but nothing like reported from DNP...i like clen though...it has worked everytime...and the liquid verision..from AG which im assuming you have...is the shit bro...no joke..this stuff kicks in rapidly!

Good deal! I typically ran DNP at 600-800mg/ day. It worked great but I was always sweating my ass off! With DNP, I was also taking 1gm of R-ALA/day. Since there has been no mention of this i will assume it's not necessary with the clen.
Yeah, I ordered the AG Liquiclen. Can't wait to get started. I just finished a 12 weeker and gained more BF than I wanted to. I hate how soft I look and how heavy I am. I feel sluggish as hell.

What kind of fat loss should I expect off a 2 week cycle?

Thats hard to gauge my freind..depends on how strict you are with your diet and your cardio...but i am very very happy with liquiclen...inches just come off bro..if your on point..you will like what you see...

do more research as it's obvious you don't understand either product
 
I made a thread a while ago about my DNP and Clen cycles. 2nd-3rd-4th cycles of DNP and I was hypoglycemic, weak/raced pulse, and blood pressure so low, I went to take a nap and an EMT tried to give me CPR I was so out, damn near broke my ribs. 1st cycle I could do 400-600mg/day, now I take 200mgs, and I am at death's door. I felt hot, but not as hot as I got from my clen cycles oddly enough. DNP, has no shakes either, and I got night sweats only for a few days.

I have done tabs and recently liquidclen from ag-guys. Liquid is a nice way to go, especially with liquidt3 they have, but like the others said, you have not done enough research. It is good to ask, but there are probably 20 clen threads a month.

With all due respect, I understand DNP just fine. Probably better than most. But no I don't know how to compare the two side by side, I know very little about clen. That's why I am asking questions.

Maybe try helping instead of critizizing next time. :rolleyes:
 
I'm not quite clear on how you guys are talking about cycling the clen... Are you doing it for 2 weeks, then break 2 weeks? What about the old 2 days on, 2 days off to keep receptors clear? And 20mcg per day, are you breaking that down to taking like 6mcg 3x per day?

2day on 2 day off is old school my freind...there is no need to do that...2 wks on 2 wks off is very effective...in the 2 weeks that you are off you can take an ECA stack...and no, with the clen you can take it all at once...or split it up..i have done both...seen no difference in the outcome.
 
Ok, but doesn't the Ephedrine down regulate the receptors too? I know it doesn't do that as bad as Clen does, but I'm thinking aloud I guess.... And taking it all at once? I know it's a long lasting drug and all, but does that increase side effects like shaking? Thanks for the info, I'm about to start using Clen again for the 1st time in like 10yrs, so that's why I'm asking so much..... Thanks again

There was an ongoing debate on wether to take ECA on the off period of a clen cycle, i dont remember if there was a conclusion to that....but some do, some dont..from experience (what has worked for me and others) is doing an ECA stack on the 2 week off periods is a nice stack and you will see great results from it...but it is optional.....as far as taking it all at once, you can split it up if you like..there is no problem with that..
