DNP, Temporary Diabetes, and Permanent Fat Loss

Need a little help from the guys with DNP experience,

I wanted to throw out a theory I've been kicking around for a little while and see if it jives with the results people are getting. From what I've read, DNP essentially turns anyone using it at sufficient dosage into a temporary "diabetic". In other studies I have read, there has been evidence that mice that are deprived of insulin (diabetic) for 6 weeks have shown a roughly 50% decrease in the number of fat cells present in their bodies. I wanted to know if anyone has used moderate levels (4-6mg/kg) for long periods of time.

I would think that since insulin has an anti-apoptotic effect on fat cells, that DNP with its insulin negating effects might be able to reduce a person's basal number of fat cells. This would of course make it much easier to maintain a low bodyfat level, as long as you don't binge.

Please let me know what your experiences have been.

I have done one dnp cycle and plan another, this time with gear to help preserve muscle or at least minimize muscle lost.

I’m not a chemist or a scientist and have no idea of what you are talking about, there use to be a guy on this board who could answer your guest ion.

DNP is SO overated its not even funny. I have tried the mysterious "Fat Burner" from 200mg p/d to 800mg p/d, the only thing it makes you hot and feel like shit. at 800mg p/d I was loosing a pound per day, but it makes you feel like shit its not worth it. There is a new compound i think its called "Uric Acid" same concept without the side effects. The choiuce is yours. I have read nothing about perminaye diabeties while using DNP.

You are better off using T3/Clen/Eca as a fat burner. Use Kynoselen to preserve muscle lose or some type of gear.

Good Luck

I disagree. I have tried numerous fat burners and the only one that really worked, and worked fast was DNP.

USNIC acid sucks balls. DNA mutations.
DNP works on michtochondria and the electron transport chain, not with insulin. Glucose metabolism is hampered like a bitch, thats why its "like" halting insuln.....i think?

DNP does not make you a diabetic. What happens is that your liver glycogen levels are so low that glucagon (insulin's opposite sister) dominates over insulin..

Insulin lowers blood sugar; glucagon increases blood sugar by stimulating the liver to break down glycogen. Glucagon also stimulates gluconeogenesis in the liver (breaking down aminos from muscle to make sugar).. This is no different that eating a low carb diet.

I think my original point may have been missed. I know that DNP does not give you diabetes, but if you look at my original post it does say "esentially gives you". Since it has a similar effect (glucagon dominating insulin), I thought it was an appropriate parallel to draw.

What I am actually interested in is whether using DNP over long periods of time will both increase the turnover of your fat cells, while minimizing the production of new ones. Extrapolating from animal models, I would think that over time your total number of fat cells could be reduced to the point that you could stay lean all year. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone with experience taking DNP for 4-6 months straight (I know it sounds crazy, but there are some crazy MOFO's on this board ).:D

DNP would be a better choice for long term use than usnic acid. Being that usnic acid is a decent antibiotic, it would not be wise to take this over a long period of time.

Making a CLA injectable or transdermal might aid in fat cell apoptosis, since this has been demonstrated in studies.

care to expound on CLA Cock?
Conjugated Linoic Acid or something?
I might try CLA TD. Can i buy in bulk? Does carrier matter, or can i just dissolve the shit in iso-p alcohol and apply and let dry......
