DNP - Round Two

Alright, I had good success with 200mgs of Crystalline DNP for a week, and now I'm ready to hit up again @ 200mgs/day. I bumped up my carb intake a bit, as opposed to last time which was Isometric. Any input is appreciated.

Meal 1 -

Vitamins/Misc: 5G L-Glutamine, GNC Mega Men Multi, 1 Tbsp. Glycerol
1/2 Cup Oats - F:3, P:5, C:27
1Scoop Glycemet - F:0, P:0, C:10
25g Isopure Whey - F:0, P:25, C:0

Totals: 3g Fat, 30g Protein, 37g Carbs

Meal 2 -

Vitamins/Supps: Vitamin E 1000, Selenium 200
1 Apple - F:0, P:0, C:22
1 Cup Green Beans - F:0, P:2, C:8
1 Chicken Breast - F:8, P:26, C:0

Totals: 8g Fat, 28g Protein, 30g Carbs

Meal 3 -

Vitamins/Misc: Vitamin C 500, 1 Tbsp. Glycerol
1 Apple - F:0, P:0, C:22
1 Cup Green Beans - F:0, P:2, C:8
1/2 Can Tuna Fish - F:1, P:20, C:0

Totals: 2g Fat, 22g Protein, 30g Carbs

Meal 4 -

Vitamins/Misc: Vitamin E 1000, Selenium 200
1/2 Cup Oats - F:3, P:5, C:27
1 Scoop Glycemet - F:0, P:0, C:10
1/2 Can Tuna - F:1, P:20, C:0

Totals: 4g Fat, 25g Protein, 37g Carbs

Meal 5 -

Vitamins/Misc: 5g L-Glutamine, GNC Mega Men Multi
1/2 Cup Oats - F:3, P:5, C:27
1 Chicken Breast - F:8, P:26, C:0

Totals: 11g Fat, 31g Protein, 27g Carbs

Meal 6 -

Vitamins/Misc: 5g L-Glutamine, 1 Tbsp. Glycerol
1 Apple - F:0, P:0, C:22
25g Isopure Whey - F:0, P:25, C:0
Tsp. Flax - F:4, P:0, C:0

Totals: 4g Fat, 25g Protein, 22g Carbs
 
Some questions on your last run. Were you able to lift and work normally on your 200mg dose? How much weight did ya lose?
 
8 lbs in 7 days. Only at day 7 was I REALLY miserable. It had nailed me to the floor, so I decided it was time to take a break.

Before that it was all good. Took a nice chunk out of the abdominals. Another thing that probably attributed to the misery was the fact that I pushed my lethargic ass to the gym to do some bust ass bike cardio 4x out of 7 days.;)

Damn, nice results from 200mg day for a week. Thanks for the insight.
 
Usually I am a bit sluggish too. I seemed to feel BETTER for the first 5 days or so until the cramps started hitting me. (I slacked off on my potassium). Then I began to feel like shit.
