DNP regimen.........Huck and vets.......

I am going to do a 4 weeker of 250mg dnp in a capsule, and 40mg anavar a day...

would you add anything to this?change it?

how was your diet huck? high protein?

any recommendations for the 4 week period in terms of weight training, supplements, diet, cardio, etcc

I take it this is your first DNP experience?

DNP is nothing to be played with, I hope you did more and a fair share of research before starting, you should know the answers to all of the questions you asked.

I am not Huck but Ill answer a few of these based on my personal experiences:

Obviously the diet should be high protein since, I hope, you want to preserve as much muscle mass as possible during this time...I followed a regular diet except kept the protein high, something like this: 250g/protein, 250-300g/carbs, 50-75g/fat and I had great results after my 7 day cycle was done.

I really experienced ZERO fatigue on DNP, however it seems I am in the minority, so lower the intensity during lifting and cut the cardio down...whatever you do dont overdo it.

As for supplements, 1g/ALA, 3g/Vitamin C, 1.5g/Vitamin E along with a standard multivitamin is what I supplemented with.
 
I would say take a break if you need one. Don't just stick with a 4 weeks or bust type attitude and you should do fine. So if you start feeling run down, take a couple days off and then get back on.

I think at the level you are doing it doesn't require much extra. However, the length, 4 weeks, is fairly long. I might throw in some ala and other anti-oxs.

Remember this when on dnp: drink plenty of fluids. I don't care if you aren't thirsty, dnp blunts the thirst mechanism. Just shut up and drink.
 
and no clubbing for the 4 weeks that your on it!!!! you'd get a heatstroke right in the middle of factory ;)

thanks for the replys guys..... i think i am out of luck with anavars for now, so would 50mg a day of winny be ok? or would 100mg a day of masteron pills be better? :)

The winny would work well,as it is quite anti-catabolic in a caloric deficit.Keep cardio limited,take in lots of fluids,keep fat intake and overall calories low,and you'll have some very nice results.

Water and V8 (antioxidants, low-calorie equivalent of 6 vegetable servings per 12ounce can, replentishes electrolytes).

Also, don't forget the free radical scavengers. And vitamins E and C are just a START, not the whole arsenal.
