DNP..low dosed from factory??
Was wondering if this is possible and if it's happened to anyone else. First cycle of DNP, very low caloric intake...6' 205 16% 32y

day1...8pm 200mg (test dose) very minor 15min hot flash
day2...9am 300mg slightly warm (100 in vegas so not sure if just hot)....5pm 200mg still only slightly warm
day3...9am 300mg warm...5pm 200mg warm alittle moist on legs
day4...9am 400mg warm, clammy if sitting in same spot too long 5pm...300mg warm, energy lvl normal
day5...9am 400mg 5pm 300mg same as day4

*warm=no sweating or only slight clamminess.
*10g bottle, pills measured and capped myself.
*1.5-2gl+ water and full supplements ed.

Have tried eating high carbs stuff with only minor heat increase. The DNP is very yellow staining and I can smell the chemicalness coming off me after dosing but it seems to go away quickly and on day 4/5 no smell at all. Weight loss has been about a pound. It comes from a pretty reputable area myblahblah.com. I'm leary about going into 800+ due to the amount already in my system. ANY thoughts on the matter?? or am I just jumping the gun and should just let it ride for a few more days?

first of all, what does "very low cal mean"??? number means much more then words

should try to keep carbs down when on dnp for best results

the water weight takes about a week to fall off after the last dnp dose
 
about 1000-1500 calories high protien low carb intake, tried some pasta on 4th day to see if heat would increase..nada.

day6..9am trying 700 in one dose (instead of splitting up dosage) did have an uncomfortably warm NIGHT on day5 though no sweating with a/c on 79

Do a search for low calorie and dnp.
There was a LONG thread a few days back about it.
Someone alters his cals to below maintenance barely lost any fat...but when he didn't alter his diet he lost BF.

i would have to disagree here, dnp is an uncoupler, once it disrupts the electron flow in the electron transfer chamber, ATP synthesis is severly hindered so your body has no choice but to draw on fatty acids for energy, your body has no way to counter this process, for that reason if you od on dnp you will bake yourself to death, and the less you eat the more you will loose, that is just a biochemical fact, and it held true with every dnp cycle i ran

I'm with Serge too. I've done DNP twice, both times I ate very clean. The first time I ate about 2500k / day, with good results. The second time I stayed around 1700k / day. Both were for 7 or 8 days. At the lower calorie level I felt less sides, and lost more fat. There is of course a fine line to walk, making sure that you eat enough to help minimize muscle loss. When I did the lower calorie week, I did no workouts, just light cardio. In the weeks following I have lost zero strength, but I'm still down 9 lbs, so I guess it didn't hurt me too bad. I wouldn't stay at that low of calories for very long though.
 
feeling more pronounced effects today either through full dosage at one sitting or perhaps just took awhile for it to kick in. Did up caloric intake to 1500-2000 felt like i was jeopordizeing muscle mass with 1000- intake. On a side note.. my research seemed to concure with serge and mischief that a low calorie diet reduces side-effects and it wasnt till i upped mine that i felt hot also.






Quit smoking crack today...seemed to help..next time i'll drop the meth too but man that full body workout without leaven the couch is so tempting.
