I am at 25% body fat ATM. done the dnp cycle before but never with HGH.
I am going to be having 200mg DNP per day and 4iu of HGH per day (HGH split into 2, 1iu morning and 1iu before bed)
1 hour Fasted cardio like boxhit etc 5x per week at 6am and 1 weekend class (any time i feel like it)
I am going to run the DNP for 30 days and then have 1 week off and then get back on it.
What % Body Fat would be achievable here in 30 days?
