i'm about to start my 10-14 day cycle on sunday.. gonna start at 1 capsule per day and slowly ramp to a max of 3 depending how its making me feel..

what i'm wondering is what cocktail of supps/vitamins should i be taking daily also is there anything i shouldn't be doing.. ie. hard training.. impact sports.. drinking..

anythings i should or shouldn't be eating..

any help is greatly appreciated and you will be rewarded accordingly
 
While using DNP, supplements can greatly aid both in the effectiveness of the therapy and the comfort of the user. Of particular importance are antioxidants and the following quantities are recommended:

Magnesium (1500mg)*

Vitamin C (3000mg in divided doses)*

Vitamin E (1200 IU in divided doses)*

Glutathione (200mg in divided doses)***)

NAC (various amounts)**

T3 (dose according to personal preference)**

Calcium (2000mg not taken with the Magnesium)

5-HTP (if not on antidepressant medication) (various amounts)****

Meridia, Redux, or Fenfluramine (various amounts)****

Hydroxycitric Acid (particularly in the evenings to curb cravings)****

Pyruvate (2-6g/day in divided doses)

Glycerol (3 tbsp/day in divided doses)

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (500-1000mg daily in divided doses)

Proper hydration is necessary – I have personally consumed up to 8 liters of water per day. Glycerol specifically aids in muscle hydration, so its use may be very important, particularly when considering that muscle cells in even a semi-dehydrated state are prime sites for catabolism.
 
dude, I think custom caps was working on a dnp capsule. I suggested it to them. But, then dnp use died down.
Either way, I am sure they can throw together a blend. Its a pain in the ass to carry 20 supp bottles. Blacksheep had a great thread on the subject one year ago. Maybe a plat can do a search.
 
vit.c for sure along with b-complex 3-4 times a day

cal/mag/zinc tabs 2

vit. e 2-3 times a day

everything else is optional imho.
 
took one capsule yesterday have crazy dry itchy skin today..

had a horrible night of sweating/sleeping..

gonna give it a rest for 2 days get every single sup i need completely hydrate myself the entire day and try again..

the supplier said too lose weight i'm gonna need to be at 2-3 capsules a day.. 1 capsule i wasn't sweating much at all during the day walking around etc..

but last night in bed i sweat worse than i was on 140mcg clenbuterol..

we'll let you know how it goes.. i might be allergic to this shit or it just dries out my skin so much it makes me itchy..
 
take benadrly for the skin .. its an alerigic reaction cause dnp is posion .. i took benadryl every day on my 21 day dnp cycle and it helped alot.. but u will feel itchy at times (dont scratch) .. the sweating is wat happens get a fan and point it st8 at your self when u sleep ... u will be suprized it makes a huge difference .. dnp is a posion so u never gonna feel great on it bro matter of fact u gonna feel like complete crap .. it is what it is .. it does work great though if u use it right ..u will sweat alot more on dnp then clen ..no matter what u do that will never change ..dnp and clen are also in 2 different leagues when u talk bout results also .. gotta weigh the good with the bad !
 
also the alergic reation if it gets bad and u get outbreaks jump of the dnp - dinitrophenol - bro.. i know people from my old site that had bad breakouts of hives and had to goto the hospital.. some people immune system cant stand the poison i guess .. but i had minor itching also .. think everyone does .. benadryl should help.. if it gets worse on the ben then STOP TAKING IT!
 
i took some zyrtek and it helped a ton i'm so tired today.. i highly doubt ill be able to workout on this shit.. might just do some walking daily gonna graduate too two capsules tommorow..
 
lol dude if u thought u was gonna breeze threw a dnp - dinitrophenol - cylce .. u gonna get a wake up call.. shyt is REAL..u gonna feel like shyt.. u gonna feel weak...u gonna sweat like a pig and yes u even gonna smell! dnp - dinitrophenol - makes the body product a wierd smelling sweat ... cant explain it ,, u will see ..just drink alot of water and make sure u dont do 2 much ..take your doses every 12 hrs....use benadryl .. take a good multi( i had all them vitamins but i stoped takin them after like 3rd day cause i was gettin sick to my stomach on all them)..got a good balanced diet .. dont go to low on carbs or can go blind ..and stay as home as much as possible .. i know i felt like shyt and nasty i didnt feel like being around people
 
also fux workin out man .. shyt makes u weak as hell and when u on u tryin 2 lose weight .. do sum cardio if u can .. but go light .. if not do nothing at all and rest
 
all them vitaimins was to muchfor my stomach bro .. instead of 2 multi's i took 3 and did that 2x a day... take something to boost your immune system maybe golden seal .. benadrly should help with itching .. fan and melatonin for the sleep .. also to be safe for your eyes take pyruvate or lutein.. also eat alot of fruit and vegs to get natural vit& minerals .. ..
 
thanks for all the advice homey ill prob. go to the gym 3 times a week do circuit training and then do my basketball games on the weekends.. i'm planning on running 14 days taking off a week than running another 14

ill let you know how it goes thanks again for all the advice..

i think i'm so tired today cause i took that zyrtek ill get some applicable benadryl for tommorow..
 
dude if u want do the lifting but i was so fuxin weak on it .... i found cardioo way easierrr and that was still tuff .. but who knows everyone diffferent others might disagree .. yea u need any help just pm me ..good luck and drink tons of water ..
 
They used to recommend blast cycles on this site 3 days of high dosage (after you have assesed you tolerance with a low run). Not seen that advised anymore - believe it was Andy 13 that used to advocate this way (may be wrong on that)
 
^^yea i read sum shyt like that .. never messed with that thought 2 scared to take alot of this crap at once
