dnp during pct?

Hmmm, good question.....I have done it AFTER PCT and worked great, but I lost some muscle along with a ton of fat and water weight.
If I do DNP again a low dose of primo is something I will try with it or low dose of prop. When I did mine it was just DNP solo.

It will work, but expect some muscle lose. IMHO, I will not try it on PCT,
1. First it makes you weak
2. You already weak and may feel worse than PCT alone
Just my 2 cents
 
I've read several threads at other forums that make the argument. I am considering doing a low dose after 3 weeks of clomid... ITs just getting too damned hot in my home town now. People thought I was weird wearing a golf shirt, shorts, and flip flops when it was snowing...
 
DNP is RUFF looking. I'd like to try it but it looks very dangerous, plus that summer time heat is right around the corner. Global warming is already gonna get my ass I don't kno bout DNP now, be sweating like a pimp with no hoes, fur coat and all. HOT DAMN :redhot:
 
i already sweat like a whore in a church on christmas morning in africa.. i couldn't imagine how much worse it could get..

now thats sweating. lol. What kind of cardio can you do while on DNP? Do you get cramps like with clen? Phaded how much fat do you want to shed? I'm trying to lose 2%, is DNP to extreme for that kinda fat loss?
 
i've never used dnp only read alot.. read things such as people 10 days in already lost 10 lbs.. and were still holding a ton of water from the dnp.. so ya you could def lose 2% if you do it right make sure you research as much as possible before you do it.. and be very careful shit is deadly if used wrong..
 
oh ya i dont do cardio.. i'mt hinking i'm just gonna do clen/t3 during pct and try dnp another time..
 
i've been reading about DNP and yes it is some scary shit, but it does produce results. I do cardio bout 4x's a week. i'm gonna wait until summers over myself before i try it. We'll see
 
Like I said done DNP and here with it breaks for me:

0-400mg ED is not too bad, medium hot no problems even do cardio and working out

400-600 definitely getting hot. THis is the range where I lose 1 lb a day or so
Still doing cardio and working out but less intense

700 tried for few days and is my limit. Hot as hell and shedding fat like crazy. Did I mention hot? :)

In the summer time I would not go past 500mg ED for your own safety

How long did you do it, how much did you lose?

what other stuff were you taking with dnp.. glycerol, potassium? etc?
 
what kind of preventative measures did you take for the sides? supplements or anything else?
 
The ones I took had other supps already in them. Most important is to keep potassium up and drink 2 V8 cans a day. Eat clean and take the usual 2-3 grams vitC, CQ10, vit A, Fish oil normal stuff

Also, have bendryl on hand just in case you have a reaction to the DNP

you've gotta be shittin me, damn thats bananas. i wonder how a low dose 2 week swing would be, i could seing that before it gets to hot. Like I said i'm just trying to lose 2%.

Yes it is, and it works like nothing I tried before. Did the DNP then I'm on a cycle of prop/deca/EQ and primo, I'm much lighter than I was before but look big with little fat on me
 
dnp works great. It was just a prob for me when I was on airplanes. There is no escaping the heat (even at 500 mg). You piss like crazy because of the amount of water you drink. You need to carry a dufflebag for all of the supps you need as well... I may throw it in at 250 mg for 3 weeks with pct... still debating
 
Please be careful with DNP, yet it does give great results in the body comp and fat loss area its not joke and shouldnt be taken for granted...especially when the summer months are coming...also I would NEVER recommend anyone to take DNP (first timer) at the dosages higher then 250mgs -500mgs...shit diong one cap a day is enough for 3 weeks (21 days) so please keep the dosages minimal when you run it at first..
 
I forgot to add this about "being scared of DNP."

It's important to respect this stuff, but it's really anything scary.

1. You WILL feel warm, with the heat depending on the dose. So expect a mild to strong sensation of being in a very warm room.

2. About 4% of users have an allergic reaction, the effect of which is to develop a prickly rash. It's rare, though, and the good news is that it's 100% neutralized by Benadryl, and the person can continue using it without problem.

3. Any contact with the powder will cause yellow staining of the hands, and if a capsule breaks in your pocket or is stepped on in the carpet and crushed, you'll have a mess on ya. Part of the cost is the intense labor of specializing in safe handling and mixing of the product so that for the buyer it's as easy as handling a bottle of any other capsules.

There is a fatal dose just like with any chemical, but it's between 3-4 grams at once, while the normal use of DNP for fat loss is 500-75mg, or about 1/6th the lethal dose. To put it another way, you'd have to swallow 9-12 or more caps to overdose; guys use 2-3/day in divided doses.

Weirdly enough, DNP has some very cool health BENEFITS that are published in medical journals, such as attacking tumors and cancers, protecting cellular DNA and RNA from damage, and killing off harmful bacteria, including antibiotic-resistant bacteria. DNP slightly RAISES the immune system by causing an increase in body heat, which retards virus growth. Some studies used DNP as a form of dye in tracking breast cancer because it would attack the cancer while sparing surrounding cells. Using DNP requires an antioxidant because of the cascade of oxidants that are released by rapidly-burning fat, but interestingly enough Par Deus of Avant Labs once found a medical citation that DNP acts as an antixodant in itself, too
 
i did dnp for close to a week(400mgs a day) and i couldnt finish the week
it kicked my ass, but it worked
it was during pct

i hardened up, abs came in, third head of my quad came in, lost a belt loop
almost felt like being sick for awhile
no need to work out on it, its an asswhipping on its own

i think im going to do 200mgs a day for 3 weeks during pct of my current cycle

after i was done, i can honestly say i was in the best shape of my life and my cardio endurance was through the roof

just do low amts, dont bother working out(your body wont be getting enough calories anyway, no need to break down you muscle if u cant repair it), stay cool, and i think you will be fine

pretty steady sweat
it was bad when i slept, my sheets were COVERED(even under the pillow)
in sweat, had to change nightly, ended up sleeping on towels

when i attempted to workout or have sex, i poured sweat
not so bad just sitting there

afterwards though, the cuts were great
seemed to get alot of the fat around my muscles, i was much more "sculpted"

400mgs was tough on me though, not sure if i was just being a puss or what, but it got miserable enough for me to just quit a day or two before i was supposed to
i should have taken 400mgs every other day

i do think its good around pct as your body is going back to normal, and im not sure about you, but i gained some fat the first time around coming off a cycle. the second time, it helped eliminate this fat
