Weight 170 (at start)
doing 600mg a day 3 doses
If anyone remembers reading my day 4 update, I don't seem to be experiencing bad sides. Theres a couple reasons I'm begging to suspect 1. I'm constantly in an airconditioned room. 2. When I do go out its already around 90 degrees outside, so any uncomfortableness I attribute to that.
Anyway when it was time to take my last dose on day 4, I was constantly thinking about how I possibly have underdosed pills. I took a double dose making that 800mg for the day and I only weigh 170. I was finally HOT! I had the airconditioning on full and was still hot. I put a fan blowing on my and that certainly did the trick. The air coming in like that was a bit too cold even on the fans lowest setting so it was kind of a bitch either chilly from the fan or sweating with it off. (If i was thinking I would have simply moved the fan farther away). At anyrate it took me a while to get to sleep, I think it was more so because I had my final A+ computer Exam the next day, and did not really study for it. (cost $132 to take it so failing blows). I woke up 2x before it was actually time that I should get up, during both times I drank a large cup of water. Not because I was particularry thirsty but because I knew I prolly should). Finally I woke up and decided to stay up, I knew I was a little low on sleep for the night but I've been sleeping well lately so it was no problem besides I wanted a nice breakfast and to surf the net before I went for my exam(btw I passed all certified for that now, time to do the next thing). Even though I drank all that water, I didn't have to go real bad in the morning (unlike the previous night), either because I sweated alot out, which is probably partially the case and I think I might have gone when I woke up earlier(funny how you can't remember things like that)
Anyway I had reported that the only thing that was really bothering me with the DNP cycle was the damn water retention. I felt fat my abs seemingly were becoming more hidden under fat. Well since it was time for the exam, I decided I didn't want to be groggy and make stupid ass mistakes, I took 2 caps of Ripped fuel followed by 4 caps about an hr later (6caps a day is the reccomended limit) I didn't feel shaky or anything since I was quite used to the effects. The reason I brought this up is we all know caffine is a duiretic and in total I took in 600mg of caffine. In the gym (about 4-5 hrs from when I dosed the caffine) I weighed in at 168 wohoo. I've been all the weigh down to 167 though right before I started the cycle, but I must have been low on water then, and I believe I was still holding quite a bit of water even now. Unfortunatly I didn't think to check my abs to see if they were back, anyway I guess they might of been low on glycogen and smaller to begin with like I was on a keto diet.
Today I took my first 200mg dose around 6pm (I take another around 10pm and another around 3am). A little scrunched but that way Its during times when theres nothing physically demanding to do.
I won't be doing 800mg, because I'm starting to think my caps are properly dosed.
At anyrate I've only done the 1st 200mg dose today, and I'm sweating and I'm sitting in an Airconditioned room. I had pasta with the dose so I'm sure thats one reason but still finally at least I know its working good.
Ok a few questions.
1. Any thoughts on how long I can do this cycle at 600mg without needing cytomel or something to kick start my natural metabolism?
2. If I do cardio and say I burn 500calories. Now am I burning 500 calories or am I burning 500+50% metabolism hike =750 calories. I've a feeling it doesn't quite work this way any ideas? I'm thinking it helps but not the same hike as it does to resting metabolism.
ok and this isn't a question but I think I went at the DNP thing entirely the wrong way, thinking sweet no cardio this week and I'll still burn. Then I weighed in heavy with no abs and Its very hard to tell what the hell is going on. I should have been taking advantage of the low sides, and did my cardio like normal. So starting tommorrow back to 1 hr cardio in the morning with training in the evening. At least that way even if for some reason DNP isn't helping as much as it should (from low dose)it certainly isn't hurting.
For the guy that posted on my DNP day4: update (sorry I forgot your name and am too lazy to goback and check) You had the same effect (weight gain) and roughly the same amount of time in on the cycle. Curious how your doing keep us informed.
