I'm planning on starting a DNP cycle in 2 weeks, my first time taking it.
The dosages will be as follows:
1 200mg
2 200mg
3 200mg
4 200mg
5 400mg
6 400mg
7 400mg
I'm only looking for about a 10lb drop in fat max. At this point my dieting/cardio is sticking, so I'm gonna take it to the next level. My current stats are 5'6" 185lbs at 11% bf and I'm trying to get rid of stubborn chest and lower ab fat that I've ALWAYS had a problem with, even when I was a puny 120lbs. Do you think I could acheive these losses with only 200mg the whole time? If I could get good results from minimal doses and sides, then I'll do that.
Calories are going to be at 10x bodyweight, so 1850 cals/day.
I am planning on taking the following supps with the DNP:
1g ALA w/each meal
2-3000mg vitamin C
1200iu Vit E twice a day
1 Multivitamin twice a day
2g Quercetin
5 TBSP ground flax seeds
100mg Zinc
1 TBSP Glycerol 3x a day
6g Melatonin (only if i can't sleep)
3g Taurine
1g Pyruvate 3x a day
1000-2000mg of calcium before bed
1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
200mcg of selenium
1 Iron tab
1 potassium gluconate tab
Now that's a huge list of supplements. Any DNP vets think some are really unnecessary, and if so, which ones? Are there any supps that I'm leaving out? I don't want to waste money on shit that I really don't need, but I also want to get the best out of this cycle with the fewest amount of risks.
