Just took A 200 mg tab first time ever
my body fat is 38,5 %
I weigh 99.4 kg
Im 1.72 meters tall
im 17
Is it just me or do i feal spaced out
Well i will Keep everybody posted
Im taking all my sups/vits
I didnt carb deplet...
As everybody fighting over wheather to carb up or carb deplt
So I didnt do either Im gonna try stick to a 33/33/33 diet
Im about to go to bed
so wish me luck thank you
Btw ... im going to take another 200 mg tab tommorow moring
im staying with 400 mg for 10 days
Im working on a 24 hr so im taking 200 mg every 12 hours

lets hope my sides arnt that bad
It freezing here so maybe this is a good thing temp out side is -2 c
