My buddy is gonna start a DNP cycle, fairly soon, only problem is is he's in ROTC here at school, and on monday wednesday and fri he has to run 2-5 miles... My questions are is what can he do to keep safe when having to do that, and also is DNP detectable in drug tests....

he WILL pass out on them. It's a chore to walk up and down stairs right now

I am on week 2 of my dnp

its not detectable, and if he plans on doing dnp on that physical regimen then he shouldnt be doing more than 100 mg every 24 hours, maybe even 36....he could do it but the dose would have to be very low.

When I was on DNP I got short of breath reading a book. I couldn't imagine having to run a few miles. At lower doses maybe. But when using only 200mg/day I still noticed I sweated alot more and ran out of breath quicker. I'd err on the safe side and stay away for now...

I gave him options... a) hold off till summer when rotc is over or b) I'd get him something else (good eca, maybe lipo kinetix or somp'n) or gear.... I'll let him decide, thanks for the replies bros

although it is advised against people still do cardio and lift weights on dnp....it really is a matter of conditioning/ dose/ and the amoutn of exercise required...if its an all out run he's probably gonna die, if its a 2-5 mile jog thats not bad just stick to a lower dose and make sure he can take a water bottle or something with him. i wouldnt do it if he has problems w/ cardio as is tho, like if he gets dizzy when he has to run, has asthma...
