From what I have researched the potency of the crystal version depends on what other stuff they are pouring into the mixture like antioxidants for example!! Therefore sometimes they say it is 100mg crystals but in actuality it will be 70 percent crystals and 30 percent antioxidants(or some other chemicals for quick absorption and acting!!!)
