I seem to be struggling with my DLs lately. It feels like my upper back is weak thru the movement, and I am starting to lose form (ie. shoulders hunching forward and back rounding a bit). my legs feels strong thou and they have always been bigger in comparison to my upper body (which I hate).
Should I reduce amount of lift in DL and concentrate on upper back movements?
