They work very well - just stay away from the ones that are all caffeine. Diurex has a caffeine free version.

Yeah, but the caffeine free doesn't work very well. And they also contain salicylamide, which you shouldn't take daily. They also contain magnesium hydroxide which is the same as "Milk of Magnesia." It has a laxative effect by drawing water into the intestines. This is all fine for a one day deal, but throughout a cycle, it's unacceptable. DEFINITION dude.
