If you are using a natural diuretic supplement - follow the diuretics on the label.
If you are using a prescription diuretic, the best diuretic is dyadize because it is potassium sparing. Take 1/2 a tablet the night before your photo shoot and 1/2 the morning of. DO NOT take more then that or it will flatten you out like a pancake.
