Diuretics... HCTZ w/ potassium? Good for contest prep?

Anyone used this instead of adding the second diuretic to make dyazide? Do you think if i added potassium to this because it is NOT a potassium sparing diuretic that it would be fine for the last couple days before a show? Aldactone is not accesible right now, so thats basically out so I have to deal w/ what I have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
