Dissapointed in myself

Each machine has its own lever system... the weight isn't always equal to your freeweight BB row capability.
 
Tbar row is never used at this gym. Now i learned why. ITS HARD LOL. I think once i get used to it my weight should jump up
 
I like it because I can be very explosive and ballistic on it, and not hurt my back etc

I have posted clips before on how I lift in these :)
 
with machines like that too you've gotta find the right groove, and i agree that you need to let your entire body get used to the movement. just keep working the rows hard and the weight will go up.
 
Practice a certain lift to be good at a certain lift!!! You can't expect to be good at squatting even though you may be good at leg Pressing. A lot of the times the carry over is not as much as we want it to be. You use a lot of strength by not being coordinated in a move or working the muscles in a different plane
