Discussion Board AAS Pop Ups

I am a newbie on this site and when reading various posts and usually when I get to the very last post, I get these pop ups in the lower right corner of my screen about obtaining gear mail order. The two I see most are MedicationsX.com and United Pharmacy.com. Are these two places bogus ? legit ? scammers? Whats the skinny with these ? Anyone?

They are tied in with the google search engine...your best bet is to avoid them...
