I have become a huge fan of these things. The pre-workout formula has greatly improved my MMA training. That is two hours of kick butt action...I burn like 800 calories an hour.
The preworkout is the last one i havnet tried yet!

Got a free sample of their BCAA's with my last Mr. Supps order. Pretty good taste for a chew. Much better than any of the Betancourt Nutrition chewies I've tried. Betancourt was dry and chalky tasting, but powerchews had a jucier flavor. I had to take advantage of the Facebook50 coupon and get some creatine today.

The sample that I tried I ended up having to use 6. Have him take 4 and wait about 30minutes, if he's not feeling much then pop another 2.

I take four and I feel like my back and chest are on fire and I just want to destroy everything. Great feeling, but I'm only 155 lbs. so you will probably need more
Oh and on the tab of all powerchews it says 45lbs. so take how many you need according to your weight
