i am hungry as shit and no ideas on what to eat!!!!! Today was a little bit my cheat day, so woke up at a 15 sliced of turkey and rost beef sandwish with bowl of oats, after that ate brown rice with lbs of lean beef, after taht a phaaaaaaaaat burger, than one of those kashie whole grain pizza with extra chicken brest cut up on top, took a nice nap, and woke up to protein shake with oats... and now is coming dinner time and need ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!
