OK where do you live? That looks great! I am moving to Nova Scotia for law next year and would like to go to that restaurant. By the way I would have the creme brulee, the pudding and the banana tart...if it were my cheat meal. HA!

I'm off to get plain yogurt with oatmeal and pp.....

Haha, that's not cheating!

Yeah, sometimes we 'share' a little taste of a few... maybe that's a good idea

Your going to Dal right?

I know lots of places you can try then :) This place is called Bish (it's walking distance from Dal :)

My cheat night was last night and boy mine looks a bit different from yours...
I ate good all day with lower calories and later on I shared a cheese and fruit tray, had a Irish cappuccino (3 shots), and 6 or 7 jack and diet's.
Feel much better today now that I got that out of my system :)

Ya, today is my cheat day. But here in Toronto the snow is blowing and I have decided to hibernate today. I have no food, so it will be a forced good food day. Bish, I will have to remeber that. I am really looking forward to Halifax.

I DO have a bottle of wine so my cheat day may look more like Treilin's.

LOL I'm starting to not know how to do a cheat day.

I'm a BIG seared tuna fan, so I'd go w/ that, get the veggies on the side, have them skip the butter sauce or put it on the side.

Then the downfall: Amaretto Chocolate Torte with Vanilla Anglaise

Thats a good choice Sassy - the tuna is awesome there.

I don't even wanna think about how bad those deserts are
:worried:

You can always split it w/ someone. And one saving grace about really rich chocolate - sometimes it's too rich and you can only handle a few bites.

... sometimes.

LMAO -- isn't that what boyfriends are for? "No honey I don't want anything for dessert. I'll just have a little of yours." (They hate that.)

Me -- I went crazy and bought some cashews and almonds. I LOVE cashews. So I guesss I've had what I have to call "Meal 3" and not just a few, from those. Otherwise, I'm better off stayign out of the food. I don't really "cheat meal" unless I've got plans to go out or something. Otherwise, I try to schedule "carb loads" w/ my leg days. Boring huh? One thing about living some place new where you dont' know many people -- fewer high calorie distractions!
