Diluting Clenbuterol

So I am about to order some liquid clen from a chemical research company for some research. now, I have been debating on ordering from one site that has 60ml @ 100mcl for $30 or from one that has 30ml @200mcl for $60. now, price aside (although I don't really know why the price would differ by half), could I buy the 30ml and dilute it to 60 ml for easier dosing? would I use saline, water or something else entirely? The 30 ml seems to come from a more reputable source that many people on this board have used. that is why I am willing to pay twice as much and go through the touble of diluting it myself.
