Ok you remember I was suppose to buy a mini pug dog monday. Well I did it. Now today I brought it to the veterinary just to be sure since I bought it directly from a breeder. Now here's the problems: he found that my pug had problem with her back legs, it's a pain for her to breathe and she can't drink water, needs to be mixed with her food.

To fix her breathing problems it would cost 1500$ for a surgery AND there's a 70% of chance that she will be ok after. I paid my dog 250$. But I have 10 days to return it and get a refund or another one. It's on the contract. BUT my GF is going nuts. She wants to keep it. Unless we have her a surgery, her life will be miserable.

My idea is made....but...

Exactly. Hell, if you want to fool her, you could even switch for a dog that looked like the sick one.
Very difficult. Mine weights 1.2 lbs and she's 7 weeks old. Usually pugs are over 2 lbs at the same age. I'll post a pic this week and you'll see how small she's. I wish I could !!!

Manny, its like this. I dont know how serious you are with your girlfriend, but dogs live like 10-14 years. Do you really want to be caring for a sick dog for that long?

Granted it is sad and your gfriend will have issues, but in the long run its better.

Better now while you have only had it for a few days, then later when the attachment is stronger. Or you could always keep it, spends gobs of cash and have it die on you in a few years after you are down thousands of $$ and really attached.

Shit brother, I feel for you, its gotta be hard. But I still say get it back, run if you have to.

Agreed. Plus there's a strong likelihood that other problems will develop over time.

thats what I'm gonna do. Get nother one. I just called the breeder and he's sorry for that. If the surgery was a 100% sure, I wouldn't be thinking about it. But it's 70%.

Good choice Manny. Sucks that you had to go through this. I love dogs, but when you catch an issue like this early, its best to deal with it. Peace.

return it before u get attached. if u casnt afford it you;ll urt it more if u have to give it up down the line

mayhe they;ll donate it to an animal charity and it will fix it up
