failure to do this or provide an adequate explanation for removal of the avatar will result in the loss of a quality customer.

No... he is not plat anymore so all of a sudden he is over the limit on messages in his PM box... when you're plat you can have some rediculous amount, non plats can only have like 50...

Hmmmm...Yeah, he redded me yesterday and I haven't got a clue why. I can't see the thread now, but I think the only thing that I said on the thread was asking if someone had been banned. ???? Seems odd to me. Are we suddenly not allowed to inquire on a thread about someone's status?

The goal of any business is to increase it's customers that bring in revenue, not simply replace them as they leave... WTF?

Here's the deal though. EF's money comes from advertisements, not plat memberships. Therefore the only way to make change would be to organize a boycott of the sponsers of EF - cancelling your plat won't do anything, especially it is just one person.

Everyone here are a bunch of sheep and STFU when a good bro was banned because they are 'afraid' of arbitrarily being punished as well. You fucking pussies!!!!

This isn't Best Buy. It's Elite Fitness. When the boss doesn't like something or takes it down for whatever reason, well, deal with it.

How many people here have worked as an employer -- anywhere. Now ask yourself how you would view a single customer or employee, one of thousands, threatening you because they don't like the rules or regulations you've layed down?

Calling out or threatening Digger is a guaranteed way to make things one hundred times harder on yourself.

Oh yeah... everyone knows that EF is not a democracy, right? It's a dictatorship. And Digger dictates. It's really quite simple, and I fail to see how these nuances turn into huge public dramas. EF is also a business, so if Digger doesn't respond in 12 hours about something as minor as an avatar, that means he has better things to do with his work time. A complaint about something of this nature won't be anywhere near the top of the priority list... and bringing it up in this manner... well, it's burying yourself.

hmmmm....that is fine. I don't know the situation.

I just think that set rules should be in order. I was pretty surprised to get a negative comment for what I said. Just seemed VERY ARBITRARY. I don't mind following rules. just tell us what they are.

There was some thread that asked digger to make a post of YG available and I first said "oh, did he get banned?" Then, I could see he had posted on the thread last but it couldn't be seen, so I said, "Oh, I see he tried to post. He must be in coventry." I didnt' know that was any kind of no no to mention.
