it's a 7 issue mini-series that's gonna reshape the dc universe to it's core. I don't wanna give too much away but superboy prime, superman from earth2 and alex luthor from earth 3 is a big part of the storyline.

Been out of the loop for a while, actually. You know how it used to be you could stay at home sick like once every two or three years, and that was all you needed to keep up with "Days of Our Lives" on NBC? Well, it looks like the people I used to know have finally all died off. Caught a few minutes of it the other day and didn't recognize anybody.

Same story with the comics. The whole "retcon/reboot" thing (rewriting everyone's origin story for a new generation) kind of turned me off.

I like the Justice League on Cartoon Network -- it took the bad taste out of my mouth from when Hanna Barbaric ruined them with Super Friends.

But who's the guy in the first-generation Iron Man suit who's always with Star Girl? What's that all about? (A superheroine with a chaperone? Huh?)

try marvel's civil war which is supposed to be good.

That is why i stopped watching soaps on NBC..I switched over to ABC instead!

digger, i think the guy in the suit is pat dugan (aka stripsey) her step dad and an old super hero.

infinite crisis is decent, but i'm not sure what they are hoping to accomplish with it.

That was a good comic series from the late 80's. Everything gets all changed up and many characters die. I think you can still get it as a reprint book.
