different chest workouts

I have gynecomastia, and I dont work out my chest because it pushes out the gland. But is there differnt types of chest workouts which will help reduce the gyno and make it look like a built chest?

Yeh i have an oppointment with an endocronoligist, in september.

what do you mean by gyno? like a lump, or a fatty chest, or like man boobs? from puberty or AAS?

From puberty. I have the glandular tisue and some fatyy chest fat

I was thinking there is like exercises maybe for the upper chest that will help make my gyno less noticable.

is therer anything anyone?
 
fatty stuff should go away with diet and building the muscle. The hard lump won't. Ask your doctor for tamoxifen. As little as 10 mg/day for 4 months or longer can work. More aggressive treatments have been used with loading phases up to 60 mg/day, but I don't think this is necessary.
