Difference between Liquid or Tab Clomid and Nolva

Can any tell me if there is a difference between liquid and tab version of Clomid and Nolva ???

It seems like all I can get is liquid,... I much rather have tabs... but..

So.. how do you take the liquid version of Clomid or Nolva ?? What do I mix it with ?? or do I just take it ?
