Clean New member May 10, 2005 #2 you can but definitely not as much, I have been reading that people do either or. That is, drink a gatorade during workout, OR take dextrose PWO. It won't cause as much of a spike if you drink it during workout opposed to 50g dextrose right after.

cwc73 New member May 10, 2005 #3 Yea. I can see that. I really like drinking it during workout because it is something to drink, doesn't taste that bad, and it gives me endurance.
