height: 6-2

maintenance cals: 3240 (12 x bodyweight)
diet cals: 2740
GOALS:
-I want to maintain 1.5 grams protein per pound bodyweight...
-I would like to lose about .33% body fat a week
-I want to keep my carbs relatively low for insulin reasons...
-No high carb - high fat meals
TRAINING:
-1 body part a day, 11-15 sets per bp, reps 6-10
-Cardio 3x a week, intervals or sprints
I just wondering what diet ratios my fellow board members try and stick to for losing weight... What do you guys think about the following ratios
60% pro ( .60 x 2740 = 1644 cals, 1644 cals / 4 = 411g)
20% carb ( .20 x 2740= 548 cals, 548 cals / 4 = 137g)
20% fat ( .20 x 2740= 548 cals, 548 class / 9 = 60.8g)
PROTEIN: 411grams (chicken breast, tuna, salmon, London broil)
CARBOHYDRATES: 137 grams (oatmeal with splenda in the morning, HI GI after my workout)
FAT 60.8 grams (not sure how to work these. I take flax at night with my protein shake, and I eat 12 oz chicken breasts a day, I also eat tuna or salmon with dinner... I will try eating sunflower seeds to get that extra fat... 60 grams seems like a lot... I think reaching that amount of fat will be difficult...
