Dieting question, can you maintain body weight while cutting fat??

In my case I now weigh 216. I'd like to get to 220 and then stop, but I know at that weight I'll still be like 11-13 percent bodyfat. Is it possible to hold that weight (220) and lose bodyfat, basically convert the bodyfat weight into solid muscle. Or do you have to get to a higher body weight first say 230 and then cut back to 220?

can't do this without certain ergogenic aids, at least not if you've been lifting a while

i'd go to 230 then back down to 220
 
I agree with jeremys. It would be easier to gain some more weight, then cut down properly. Or visit the anabolic board:) Although I would recommend the first.
