dieting, need new work out routine

hi yall i have been on the same work out plan for about 4 months now i varried it verry little. one body part per day sun-thurs chest,legs,back,arms and shoulders
i have stayed in the 6-12 rep range with max weight. i have never really had excelent success with dieting i always seem to loose more muscle than i want to so im asking for your help, the diet i have planned is from mr x http://168.144.38.254/ckd/
i know there are alot of work outs posted already i would like to hear your opinion on what you think might be right for me, currently my stats are 205lbs 5ft6 15%bf only upper abs showing now, im already fairly lean for me as im a natural fat but want to see if i can get shredded. i do have clen,t-3 and test i plan on running also so any recomendations or any tips on changing my routine up? oh i almost forgot i do my cardio in the am before breakfast 20 mins 3 days a week and my weight training in the evening time around 6pm if it matters
