Dieting - Hunger Pain's

A little trick i just learned about, that some out their may not have tried.....

Ussually I'll take a NYC or Xenadrine to help curb my appetite when dieting...Well i decided to stop taking them to give my body a break....I started eating like a Mofo'..Gained 4 1/2 LBS in 4 days......I then started using FlaX seed oil during every meal, defintely slows down digestion and cuts the glycemic hunger pains when dieting on low carb diet....The shit really works!....
 
Flax seed rules, I know. But this works with every good fat, for excample olive oil. Another trick: If you feel hungry as hell then take a long walk. For me it workes great, it also speeds up your metabolism :)

exactly what i would describe them as, mine get to the point where i start fucking shaking
 
What I do when I am dieting is make up a dish of sugar-free jello.When you get those urges to cheat just eat a seving of the jello,you will feel like you just ate a cheat meal without any guilt.:)
 
These suger-free jello, what are they made of? I live in Scandinavia and we don't have those in stores to buy
 
Alfons - You know when your mom makes a pot roast and puts the left overs in the fridge and thiers the that jelly like substance??Just scoop that stuff out with a spoon add some Suger Free sweetner and their you go...Fat free Jello

I trying to figure out whether adding Oil to my last meal(shake) is the beneficial or not while deiting. Any thoughts? Guys, if you got hunger pangs down some protein at least- your body's telling you it needs food! Other wise it going to start eat itself.
