Dieting, does it mater your protein/carb/fat %'s per meal? or just for the day??

hey all, i have my diet all pegged out, im wonder if its bennificial to keep each meal with a proportionate protein to carb to fat ratio? does it matter? or will it be fine as long as I get the same nutritional value on a daily basis? this is where i stand right now. 6' 190lbs. 154.7 protein 210.9 carbs 72.8 fat 2164 total cals. can anyone tell me how to figure out what percent is coming from fat carbs and protein? i dont remember how to figure the percent, i made this diet last summer but i know its pretty much right on. any help appreciated. thanks

i definitely think it matters depending on your body type or combination of body type (endo, ecto, meso).


what r u? what is your current bf%?
 
im shaped like a normal man? i dont know what you mean? im well built all over, not bulging but i've always stressed never having a weak body part. im probably 13% right now
 
Right now on my diet I try to keep protein intake steady throughout the day and eat more carbs in the first half of the day and slowly cycle them out. IMO if you're trying to cut I would up the protein ~50 g and cut that from carbs.
