hey all, i have my diet all pegged out, im wonder if its bennificial to keep each meal with a proportionate protein to carb to fat ratio? does it matter? or will it be fine as long as I get the same nutritional value on a daily basis? this is where i stand right now. 6' 190lbs. 154.7 protein 210.9 carbs 72.8 fat 2164 total cals. can anyone tell me how to figure out what percent is coming from fat carbs and protein? i dont remember how to figure the percent, i made this diet last summer but i know its pretty much right on. any help appreciated. thanks
