Dieting advice / critique

For my first time ever I need to diet, so bear with me :) My stats are as follows:

Age: 25
Hgt: 6'2"
Wgt: 210
bf: 18%

Anyways this is what I am eating ED. (I have the full menu, but I wont bore you with it.)

totals: cals=2190, fat=63g, carbs=202, protein=256

I am currently not able to really get workouts going, as I am in the process of relocating and have not found a gym yet. Also I am taking an ECA which is helping immensely with the hunger. The thing I am most worried about (and the reason for this post) is if these macronutrients are enough. I dont want to loose muscle! :) If anyone has any opinions, please give them. Thanks.

At 18% body-fat muscle loss isnt a concern too much. In my opion your eating to little, keep calories at bodyweight*12. Make sure you getting low-gi carbs and that your getting good fats. Do some type of morning cardio to help speed fat-loss and just stick to your plan.
